Suffering from Your Self-Image, "I don't matter"

If you have been excessively fearful of getting infected although, you have been self-quarantined, that is because there is a deep-seated thinking pattern in a part of the brain which we call, Child Mind that has been triggered to evoke sensations inside of you like: fear, sadness, anxiety, panic, helplessness, powerlessness, frustration, irritation, anger or even despair. This guided meditation is to approach a part of your brain, your Child Mind, which holds onto the fear evoking thinking pattern and soothe it and modify it.

Reduce the Frustration of Feeling Unappreciated

This is the mechanism of Mind; that the part of you which got angry and agitated at your children is your Child Mind.  And, the part of you that is feeling guilty because you expressed your anger in a not so pleasant way is your Adult Mind.

Therefore, it is necessary to connect these two parts inside of you, your Child Mind, and your Adult Mind. And through this guided meditation, these two parts can be connected to ease and reduce the emotional charge.
